Ingredients for making Raspberry Panna cotta 

  • Milk cream 

  • Gelatin 10g

  • 1 pack fresh milk without sugar (220ml)

  • Fresh cream 250 ml

  • Sugar 30g

  • Vani 3 ml

  • Raspberry Jam 

  • Frozen Raspberry100g

  • Sugar 70g

  • Lemon juice 2ml

How to make Raspberry Panna cotta 

Step 1: Making milk cream 

  • Soak 10g gelatinin water, or turn gelatin with a little water in the microwave until soft.

  • Put 200ml of fresh milk, 250ml of fresh cream, 30g of sugar, vanilla and gelatine in a small saucepan over low heat.

  • After the mixture has melted, turn off the heat, plug it into a glass and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Step 2: Making Raspberry Jam

Put 100g Frozen Raspberry in a pot with 70g sugar (70% sugar ratio) and a few jars of lemon, cook until the mixture thickens. Cooking time should not exceed 10 minutes to retain nutrients in raspberries. After 10 minutes, turn off the stove to mix and use.

Step 3: Garnish

Pour the raspberry jam mixture into the curd. Garnish with fresh results with a few hanging leaves for a more eye-catching finish.

Step 2: Making Pineapple pudding

How to make durian panna cotta

Step 1: Re-process ingredients

Grind 100g durian until very pure. Mix 10g of gelatin powder with a little water, microwave for 1 minute to melt.
